  25. This is a legal agreement between you and Red Door Interactive covering 
  26. your use of the Metronome.  Be sure to read the following agreement before 
  27. using the software.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS 
  28. AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE AND DESTROY ALL COPIES OF IT.

  30. This copyrighted software is distributed as freeware.  You may use this software 
  31. without any charge and may distribute to others provided that all files are 
  32. included and unmodified.  The software is owned by Red Door Interactive 
  33. and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty 
  34. provisions.  Therefore, you must treat the software like any other copyrighted 
  35. material (e.g. a book or musical recording).

  37. Commercial distribution of the software is restricted without permission of 
  38. Red Door Interactive.  We are more than happy to allow you to distribute our 
  39. software, but you must first have a license to do so.  Contact Red Door

  52. circumstances shall Red Door Interactive be liable for any incidental, special 
  53. or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use the 
  54. software or related documentation, even if Red Door Interactive has been

  58. any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this 
  59. Agreement, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision of the 
  60. Agreement shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to 
  61. effect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this Agreement shall 
  62. continue in full force and effect.
